Turkey Bacon Cheeseburger

This Turkey Bacon Cheeseburger comes with a homemade beef patty, sliced cheddar cheese and turkey bacon, sandwiched in between of a soft hamburger bun and topped with Zikzak’s signature sauce and BBQ sauce.

The beef patty is meaty, not exactly soft and tender but isn’t tough either. A bit bland on the flavours but still acceptable. The turkey bacon is soft and isn’t crispy, and the sauces are way too watery. As for the bun, it is soft and chewy. Although pan toasted, it isn’t crispy either. This burger is quite ordinary.

Comes with a serving of fries which was upgraded to truffle fries here. The fries are crispy outside, however it is soft and somewhat soggy inside. There is simply too much moisture in them. Decent truffle oil flavours though I would have preferred it more intense. The truffle fries are topped with some powdered cheese. This tastes quite ordinary too.

Butter Chicken Masala Burger

The Butter Chicken Masala Burger a piece of crispy fried chicken thigh dipped in masala sauce, topped with a slice of cheddar cheese and Zikzak’s signature sauce, sandwiched in between of a soft hamburger bun.

The fried chicken thigh is crispy outside and soft inside. The masala sauce has really nice flavours with a tint of sweetness. Personally I prefer their fried chicken over beef.

Comes with a serving of fries which are crispy outside but soft and somewhat soggy inside from having too much moisture. It is a bit overcooked as well. Still acceptable though.

Grilled Chicken Burger

The Grilled Chicken burger has a piece of marinated grilled chicken with lettuce, onions and topped with a slice of cheddar cheese and Zikzak’s signature sauce, sandwiched in between a soft hamburger bun.

The grilled chicken meat is soft and moist, decent flavourings too. Instead of fries, I had this upgraded to sweet potato fries instead. The sweet potato fries are crispy outside, soft inside and not soggy. Nice flavours too. This is definitely better than their fries. Recommended.
