Chicken Chop, Chicken Cutlet

Western Hut does both chicken chop and fried chicken cutlet. Comes with coleslaw, baked beans and fries. The chicken chop is tender and moist with crispy skin. Tastes nice with their special sauce too. For the chicken cutlet, it is crispy outside and moist inside. Likewise, it tastes nice with their special sauce. The fries are decently crispy as well. Coleslaw and baked beans are just standard stuff.

Pork Chop

The pork chop tastes quite nice too. It is tender and moist with nice flavours especially with their special sauce. Comes with the usual coleslaw, baked beans and fries.

Fish Fillet with Rice

If fries isn’t your thing, you can choose to have rice instead. However plain rice is used instead of flavoured rice and it literally tastes plain. The fish fillet is crispy outside and moist inside, tastes decent too. This rice comes with coleslaw on the side. Personally I think fries will go better with this.

Lamb Chop

There is also an option for spaghetti instead of fries or rice. Shown here is the tomato sauce spaghetti. It has a firm texture and tastes quite ordinary though with a hint of black pepper taste. As for the lamb chop, there is no gamey taste. It is crispy outside with a bit of nice charring, quite tender and juicy inside. Tastes fairly nice too. Comes with coleslaw on the side.

Sirloin Steak

Their spaghetti is also available with aglio olio instead of tomato sauce. Peppery tastes with black pepper and chilli flakes. Comes with coleslaw on the side. The sirloin steak is juicy with mild crispiness outside. However it is overcooked and the meat is rather tough. This one is just average.
