Fried Mee Hoon & Fried Noodles

Tian Cheng Food sells the usual fried mee hoon and fried noodles. The fried mee hoon is fried with shredded carrots, vegetables and bean sprouts. It has a nice savoury taste. As for the fried noodles, it has a very small amount of kway teow added and fried shredded carrots and bean sprouts. The fried noodles tastes a bit bland though. Both are topped with fried shallots and served optionally with chilli on the side, which is spicy with a salty taste. The fried mee hoon is definitely the better one here.

Glutinous Rice

Tian Cheng Food also sells glutinous rice. It is soft and contains very tiny bits of dried shrimps and mushroom slices, and topped with fried shallots. Savoury tastes and a tad oily. Just average.

Prawn Cake

Tian Cheng Food sells snacks like fried prawn cake. This prawn cake is a bit on the soft side with some pockets of mild crispiness. The prawn is deep fried until its shell is crispy and you can eat it just like that. Contains some vegetable bits inside. Fairly decent flavours but just average due to its softness.

Fried Carrot Cake Sticks

As for the fried carrot cake sticks, it is soft as well with just a tiny bit of crispiness at some sides. Flavours are ok but it has the bad taste of oil that has been reused many times. Not good in my opinion.
