Fried Kway Teow

Teo Soon Heng Cockles Fried Kway Teow does fried kway teow with the usual see hum, lap cheong slices and fish cake slices with some bean sprouts and vegetables added. It has a fairly dry texture and a mildly sweet taste coming from the added sweet black sauce. As far as I know, there is no lard with this fried kway teow. This is just an ordinary tasting and fairly decent plate of fried kway teow.
