The hainanese chicken has smooth and soft moist meat. Its skin is soft and smooth as well. The roast chicken meat is moist, soft and tender with flavourful skin. These deboned slices of chicken is served on a plate of crunchy bean sprouts with a soya sauce seasoning that has a slight sweet taste.

The plate of rice served is firm and flavourful. The bowl of vegetables and chicken soup has a nice light savoury taste. As for the chilli, it is garlicky and spicy with a tint of sweetness.

This chicken rice is definitely nice. I enjoyed it.
