Mee Siam

Robert Mee Siam is a Chinese stall selling mee siam. This mee siam is quite basic. It comes with just a boiled egg with mee hoon in a mee siam gravy sauce and topped with small pieces of tau pok and chopped spring onions.

Its mee hoon is your regular mee hoon. Its gravy is a little sweet, a little limey and has a hint of nuttiness. Comes served with a dollop of sweet tasting chilli paste. This is quite a decent plate of mee siam.
