Mei Wei Si Handmade Noodle Fish Soup does the usual fish soups with sliced fish and fried fish with selection of noodles and rice. Seen here is their double fish soup with yi mian.

The double fish soup comes with both sliced fish and fried fish nuggets with some fried egg bits, some vegetables and topped with fried shallots. The soup tastes decent and the yi mian is fairly springy. The fried fish nugget is savoury tasting and slightly crispy, but a bit too salty. The sliced fish is quite smooth and rather nice. Personally I prefer the sliced fish here over their fried fish nuggets. This double fish soup is decent.
