Braised Duck Noodles

Kim Kitchen Braised Duck sells braised duck with choice of either rice or noodles. Shown here is the dry version of braised duck noodles which comes with a bowl of soup on the side.

This braised duck noodles has springy noodles drenched in a nicely flavoured braised sauce with a slightly sweet taste. It comes with slices of very tender braised duck meat, a piece of crispy fu chok and a quarter slice of braised egg that has a light taste of braised flavours. The accompanying bowl of nicely flavoured soup has a very subtle hint of Chinese herbs. The chilli sauce is decent with a mild sweet taste.

Kim Kitchen Braised Duck is a rather popular stall with a constant queue. A half hour wait for your turn is quite normal here. This bowl of very nice braised duck noodles is definitely worth the wait.
