Lor Mee

Keng Heng Whampoa Teochew Lor Mee sells just lor mee. This lor mee comes with fried fish nuggets, fish cake slices, braised pork slices, fried dumplings, fried fish skin, ngo hiang slices with thick yellow noodles and bean sprouts in a bowl of starchy nicely flavoured braised sauce.

The fish nuggets is crispy outside with soft and moist fish meat inside. Likewise the fried dumpling is crispy outside with soft filling inside. The fish skin is nice airy and crispy too. The braised pork slices has very nice braised flavours, is soft and meaty not fatty though. Unfortunately the ngo hiang slices are soft, but still this is definitely a very lovely bowl of lor mee. Recommended.
