Double Fish Soup

This is their double fish soup which comes with both sliced fish and fried fish. Thick mee hoon is chosen here. Comes with vegetables and topped with a piece of fried fish skin in a bowl of whitish fish soup.

This nicely flavoured fish soup has condensed milk added, giving it a whitish tint. The fish slices are just regular sliced fish. The fried fish nuggets are crispy outside and moist inside with a nice savoury taste. As for the fried fish skin, it is crispy and light. Nice.

San Lao Hor Fun

This hor fun has a lovely smokey taste of wok hei. Contains just fish slices with some vegetables and bean sprouts. The fish slices maybe just your regular fish meat but goes well with the hor fun. The sauce is nicely balanced too, not too watery and just mild saltiness. Thumbs up.

Fried Thick Mee Hoon

This fried thick mee hoon has nice wok hei and flavours. It comes with prawns, fish slices and pork slices stir fried with thick bee hoon, vegetables, bean sprouts and eggs. Tastes nice and smells good too. Recommended.

Fried Rice with Double Eggs & Prawns

This fried rice is a simple dish of just eggs and prawns with some spring onions added, but it is not so simple to get a nice wok hei and a nice dry texture. It has a nice mild salty flavour and the prawns are fairly fresh. I quite like this.
