Fried Kway Teow

Hill Street Fried Kway Teow Bedok South is a very popular and famous fried kway teow stall formerly from the first level of Hill Street Food Centre. There is another similarly named fried kway teow stall (Hill Street Fried Kway Teow Chinatown) located on the second level of Hill Street Food Centre, which is now located in Chinatown.

This fried kway teow comes with see hum and lap cheong slices stir fried in lard with a mixture of kway teow and yellow noodles, bean sprouts, spring onions and eggs. This fried kway teow is very nicely fried with nice springy noodles and has a sweet flavour coming from the sweet sauce. The added lap cheong slices makes it taste even sweeter. This is definitely a delicious plate of fried kway teow. Highly recommended if you’re in that area.
