Gems Harvest

sells chwee kueh, glutinous rice and the not so commonly found wah kueh. Decent.

Chwee Kueh

This chwee kueh as a soft kueh and topped with generous amounts of chye poh. The chye poh is oily and savoury with a slightly sweet taste. An optional dried shrimp and sweet tasting chilli is served on the side. Decent.

Wah Kueh

Wah kueh is something that is not commonly found anymore. This version of wah kueh is somewhat like a steamed radish cake with mushroom bits added. Similarly to their chwee kueh, it is soft. It comes served with a starchy and sweet tasting sauce, topped to chopped garlic bits. An optional dried shrimp flavoured sweet tasting chilli can be added to the side. Quite likeable.

Glutinous Rice

Besides chwee kueh and wah kueh, glutinous rice is served here too. Just like their kueh, this glutinous rice is soft as well but yet still fairly firm and chewy. Contains mushroom bits and topped with crispy fried shallots. This glutinous rice is rather ordinary though, but still tastes decent.
