Hainanese Chicken Rice

Dong Dong Hainanese Chicken Rice serves both hainanese chicken and roast chicken rice. Seen above is their hainanese chicken rice with a roast chicken drumstick added.

The hainanese chicken has soft and moist meat with rather smooth and soft skin. The roast chicken too, has soft and moist meat and nicely flavoured skin. The drumstick unfortunately isn’t fully deboned though. These slices of chicken comes serves on a plate with a sweet tasting soya sauce sauce and a few slices of cucumber.

A bowl of fragrant and flavourful bowl of rice with a firm texture is provided alongside with a bowl of nice light savoury tasting soup containing radish slices. A saucer of garlicky tasting chilli sauce completes this chicken rice set.

Both the hainanese chicken and roast chicken are nice, and I like them them both. Quite enjoyable.
