Chee Cheong Fun

Cha Kee Mei Shi serves out freshly made chee cheong fun. 4 options are available: plain, char siew, prawns and scallops. Seen here are their char siew and prawns chee cheong fun.

The char siew chee cheong fun contains meaty char siew bits and is fairly smooth. Likewise for the prawn chee cheong fun, fairly smooth and contains prawns instead of char siew. These are drenched in a sweet tasting soya sauce and served with a fried chilli paste on the side. It is worth mentioning that this chilli contains whole peanuts that is still crunchy. Its savoury and mild spiciness goes really well with the chee cheong fun. Recommended that you request for more of this chilli. Nice.
