Wanton Mee

Boon Kee Wanton Noodle does wanton mee with black sauce seasoning. The noodles are fairly springy with some vegetables added. There is a mildly sweet taste coming from the black sauce seasoning.

The noodles comes with slices of lean meat char siew which tastes a bit dry, and a small bowl of wanton soup on the side. The fried wanton dumplings are an extra add-on. The soup has an ikan bilis flavour and the wanton has a soft skin wrapper decent tasting meat filling. The fried wanton likewise has a decent tasting meat filling but with a nice crispy and airy skin. Recommend that you add the fried wanton. It is nice.

Overall this is a decent plate of wanton mee.
