Hainanese Chicken Rice

Yong Kee Hainanese Chicken Rice does pretty nice chicken rice, with options for Hainanese chicken, roast chicken and fried chicken cutlet. Their chicken rice comes with your choice of chicken, a plate of rice and a bowl of soup and chilli. Shown here is with all three chicken options.

The Hainanese chicken has pretty smooth skin with tender and moist flesh. Likewise the roast chicken has fairly juicy and moist chicken meat with nicely flavoured chicken skin. The chicken cutlet is crispy and quite nice flavours.

This chicken rice has fairly fragrant rice. The soup is really nice with peanuts and pork ribs, with strong peanuts flavours. The chilli is standard chicken rice chilli.

Overall, this is a very likeable chicken rice.
