Xin Xin Famous Fried Oyster dishes out fried oyster omelette that is quite tasty. This fried oyster omelette has an eggs and starch mixture that is fried until crispy with some chewy and gooey parts. The oysters are decently moist, and this dish is topped to chopped spring onions.

On its own, it has a nice lightly savoury taste. Comes with a small saucer of chilli dip on the side that is mildly spicy with limey flavours, and mixes well with the flavourings of the fried oyster omelette.

The only downside is, this fried oyster omelette is a tad oily though. Putting this aside, this is definitely a tasty nice plate of fried oyster omelette. Something really good for snacking on.
