Hainanese Chicken Rice

This is their namesake hainanese chicken rice which comes with a plate of deboned hainanese chicken served with soya sauce seasoning, a plate of flavoured rice, a bowl of vegetable soup and a saucer of garlic chilli sauce.

The hainanese chicken has moist and smooth chicken meat, and nice smooth chicken skin. Comes with a sweet soya sauce seasoning. The chicken rice is quite fragrant and nice flavours. This chicken rice comes with a bowl of savoury mixed vegetables soup. As for the garlic chilli, it is the usual watery type and is quite spicy. This hainanese chicken rice is quite likeable.

Roast Chicken Noodles

If hainanese chicken and rice isn’t to your fancy, you can always try their roast chicken noodles. This plate of noodles uses a soya sauce based seasoning as its base. The noodles are not exactly springy but it isn’t soft either. It comes with some vegetables and chopped spring onions, a dollop of chilli paste on the side. The chilli is mildly spicy, a little salty and a light tint of sweetness.

This plate of noodles is topped with slices of boneless roast chicken meat. The roast chicken meat is quite moist and tender with rather tasty chicken skin. A bowl of chicken flavoured soup is served on the side. Decent.

Curry Chicken Noodles

This is a rather tasty bowl of curry chicken noodles. I’ve added a serving of chicken cutlet on the side.

This curry noodles uses yellow noodles with bean sprouts, tau pok, potato, slices of chicken and topped with coriander leaves. Its curry sauce is mild spicy with dried shrimp flavours and contains actual bits of dried shrimps. Very nice!

The chicken slices used is their hainanese chicken which is moist and smooth. The chicken cutlet has a nice savour taste with a crispy breaded crust and tender moist meat. Tastes really good when you dip it into the curry. Recommended.
