Cai Png

Wan Xiang Rice & Porridge sells cai png and porridge with a small selection of dishes. Shown here are pork chop, tofu with spring onions and fried onion eggs, served with rice and curry sauce.

The curry sauce is mild spicy and lacking any coconut milk taste. Tofu and fried egg are just ordinary standard fare. As for the pork chop, it is rather thick and tough. Not crispy either. It is not even likeable. At most, this is just average.
