Vadai

Vadai Singapore is a chinese stall selling vadai. Available in plain, prawn, ikan bilis, etc.

The plain vadai is slightly crispy with a somewhat firm and chewy texture. Contains some onion bits and has a slight hint of spice flavours.

The prawn vadai has a very crispy prawn. It is so crispy that you can eat the prawn with its shell still intact. This vadai is crispier than the plain ones. I like it.

The ikan bilis vadai is similar to the prawn ones. It replaces the prawn with very crispy ikan bilis. Similar to the prawn vadai, the ikan bilis vadai has a nice crispiness to it.

Both the prawn and ikan bilis vadai are decent choices over the plain ones.
