Fried Hokkien Mee

Tian Seng Fried Prawn Mee is a stall selling fried hokkien mee containing just prawns and pork belly. It is wok fried in a mixture of yellow noodles and mee hoon with egg and some bean sprouts in a broth.

The yellow noodles and mee hoon mix is moist and fairly springy with nice flavours. The prawns are of decent size and the pork belly is meaty and soft with some fatty parts. On the sides are some chopped chilli and a slightly sweet dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste.

This plate of fried hokkien mee is quite likeable.
