Tian Le Hong Kong Soy Sauce Chicken Rice & Noodle does soy sauce chicken with choice of rice or noodles. Shown here is with noodles.
The soy sauce chicken is quite nice with fairly smooth and tender chicken meat. Its skin is smooth with nice soya sauce flavourings and not salty. The noodles however are a tad soft and with mild alkaline tastes. The seasoning sauce helps to cover up the alkaline tastes, and tastes decent. Comes with a bowl of soy sauce chicken flavoured soup. Overall, decently likeable.
Char Siew, Roast Pork
Tian Le Hong Kong Soy Sauce Chicken Rice & Noodle also sells char siew and siu yuk. Shown here is with rice.
The rice provided is plain white rice, not flavoured chicken rice. The char siew is tender and with a sweet taste. It is not charred and fatty though. Likewise the roast pork siu yuk is tender with slightly crispy skin, and not salty. Comes with a bowl of soup on the side and a nice limey chilli sauce.Not the best char siew and siu yuk around, but still decent.
