Lor Mee

Tian Fa Lor Mee sells a few selections of lor mee. Shown here is their traditional lor mee which comes with fried fish nuggets, ngo hiang slices, pork slices and half a braised egg, with thick yellow noodles and bean sprouts in a fairly flavourful starchy gravy.

The fried fish nuggets unfortunately isn’t crispy though its flavours is decently nice. Likewise for the ngo hiang, not crispy and has savoury flavours. The sliced pork is rather soft and meaty. Comes with half a braised egg with light savoury braised flavours. This bowl of lor mee maybe quite ordinary but it is still fairly decent.
