Fried Kway Teow

Soon Lee Fried Kway Teow Mee does quite an average tasting fried kway teow with a dry texture, and surprisingly with a mild bit of wok hei. Comes with see hum and fish cake slices stir fried in a mixture of kway teow and yellow noodles with eggs and bean sprouts added. It has more kway teow than yellow noodles and is a little bit lumpy. There is no usual sweet taste in this fried kway teow that comes from the added sweet black sauce. No lard either. Tastes quite ordinary and average.
