Rojak

Seng Huat Rojak does rojak with the usual slices of cucumber, pineapple, pear with you tiao and tau pok, tossed in a rojak sauce with some bean sprouts and topped with grated peanuts.

The you tiao is firm and chewy with a slight crispiness. The tau pok however isn’t exactly crispy and is rather soft. The slices cucumber, pear and pineapple are rather juicy and the pineapple is sweet. As for the sauce, it is a bit sweet with a savoury aftertaste. Tastes quite decent.

Goreng Pisang

The goreng pisang has a nice crispy batter with a soft and sweet banana inside. Nice.

Fried Vegetables Fritter

The fried vegetables fritter contains some bean sprouts, carrot bits and onion bits in a flour mixture. It is firm inside with crispy outsides. Tastes decent too.
