Fried Carrot Cake

Lim Hai Sheng Carrot Cake does fried carrot cake in the usual white and black options. Seen above is their yuan yang which comes with both white and black versions.

This fried carrot cake uses small radish cubes with chye poh and eggs added. The white one is fried pancake style. It is slightly crispy with a slightly savoury taste. The black one has sweet black sauce added giving it a slightly sweet taste. A dollop of dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste is added to the side. Both versions of fried carrot cake tastes decent.
