Fried Kway Teow

My first impression of this fried kway teow is, it smells good. Its taste does not disappoint as well. Comes with see hum and fish cake slices, fried using lard with a mixture of kway teow and yellow noodles, with eggs, some bean sprouts and vegetables.

This fried kway teow has a lot more kway teow and contains just a few strands of yellow noodles. It has dry texture with a slightly sweet taste. Slightly lumpy too, but still tastes quite nice. I definitely like this better than Xin Heng Fried Kway Teow located just a row away within the same Bukit Timah Food Centre.
