Fried Oyster Omelette

This fried oyster omelette has a very tasty scent. Not only smells good, its flavours are nice too. The starchy egg mix is pan fried until it is crispy. The starchy parts are both crispy and chewy. Recommended.

Fried Hokkien Mee

This is the other dish that is featured on their signboard. This fried Hokkien mee has a wet texture with the broth still soaking it. Contains some sotong slices and prawns, and a scoop of sambal chilli on the side. The sambal has nice shrimp flavours and tastes slightly sweet. Mixes well nicely with the fried Hokkien mee. However if you are to eat this fried Hokkien mee on its own without the chilli, it tastes kind of bland.

Fried Carrot Cake

The fried carrot cake is available in both the black and white varieties.

The white version of fried carrot cake has nice savoury flavours. Its small radish cake cubes are pan fried with eggs until it has a slight crisp. Would have been better if it is crispier. Like.

However for the black version of fried carrot cake is bad. It is soggy and wet with sweet black sauce, and not crispy at all. The white version is definitely much better here.
