Hainanese Chicken Rice

Jin Zhan Ji is a fairly popular stall selling hainanese chicken rice. It comes with a plate of boneless chicken meat, a plate of rice, a bowl of soup and a saucer of chilli.

The slices of chicken meat is smooth and tender and its skin is very smooth and soft. These slices of boneless chicken are served on a plate with cucumber slices and topped with a nicely flavoured soya sauce seasoning.

The plate of rice is quite firm and rather flavourful too, and the bowl of clear soup has savoury tastes. Comes served with a saucer of the usual kind of watery and limey, garlicky tasting chicken rice chilli sauce.

This hainanese chicken rice is rather nice. I like it.
