Jack’s Kitchen

Japanese Curry Rice

Jack’s Kitchen serves jaoanese style curry rice with choice of chicken cutlet or pork cutlet. Shown above is their chicken cutlet which has a nice crispy batter with nicely flavoured moist meat. The rice is firm and the curry sauce is Japanese style with a tint of sweetness. Comes with a few chunks of soft curry potato. Nice!

Spaghetti

Spaghetti is available as well with choice of chicken cutlet or pork cutlet. Pork cutlet is chosen for this. This pork cutlet has a nice crispy batter covering a piece of nicely flavoured meat that is soft and moist. The spaghetti is wet with a lightly sweet tasting tomato sauce. Would have preferred if the spaghetti is done japanese style too, but this is still likeable. Both their chicken cutlet and pork cutlet are nice.

Fried Rice

Fried rice is available too, served with choice of chicken cutlet, pork cutlet and fried chicken wings. Seen above is fried rice with fried chicken wings, which comes served with a crunchy coleslaw on the side. The fried chicken wing has an airy kind of crispiness with flavourful moist meat. The fried rice is cooked with mixed vegetable bits and egg. It is savoury tasting and a bit moist. It would have been better if the fried rice has less moisture, but it is still decent. My thumbs up for the fried chicken wings here.

Fish & Chips

This fish and chips is served with moist crunchy coleslaw and lightly salted crispy fries on the side. The fish has a nice crispy and thick batter with moist fish meat inside. Comes served with a dollop of mayonnaise dip. I like this too.
