Prawn Mee

Hup Heng Bedok 510 Prawn Noodle dishes out prawn mee with a variety of ingredient options. Shown here is the standard prawn mee which comes with slices of prawns, pork slices and fish cake slices with yellow noodles in a bowl of prawn soup.

The soup has very nice flavours of prawns and pork ribs. The pork slices are meaty and chewy. The slices of fish cake is rather nice and soft. As for the prawns, quite regular and are not deshelled. Regular yellow noodles are used and no bean sprouts are included with the noodles. Some chopped spring onions, crispy fried shallots and crispy lard pieces are added as toppings. Quite likeable.
