Fishball Noodles

Hui Ji Fishball Noodles & Yong Tau Foo serves fishball noodles with the usual choices of noodles. Seen here is their mee pok.

The mee pok noodles is springy with lard pieces and on the wetter side. Comes with fishballs, fish cake slices and fish dumplings. Both the fishball and fish cake are springy and tastes nice. It is served with a bowl of decently flavoured fishball soup on the side.

Yong Tau Foo

As for the yong tau foo, mee kia noodles is chosen here.

The yong tau foo comes with fu chuk, tau pok, fish cake, fish ngo hiang, bean curd and fried fu pei, with sweet sauce added on them. The mee kia is quite springy. It comes served on the side with a bowl of fishball noodle soup. This serving of young tau foo has nice decent flavours.

In my opinion, both the yong tau foo and fishball versions tastes equally likeable. Though personally, I prefer the yong tau foo version a tiny little bit more for its variety of ingredients.
