Prawn Mee

Hong Lim Prawn Noodles does prawn noodles in either soup or dry version. Seen above is their dry version with yellow noodles. This prawn mee comes with a bowl of soup containing prawn slices and pork slices, and a bowl of tossed yellow noodles.

The bowl of yellow noodles is springy. It contains some bean sprouts and crispy lard, and topped with some fried shallots. Nice flavours too. Comes served with a bowl of soup on the side containing prawn slices and pork slices. The prawn slices are of decent size and tastes fairly fresh. The pork slices are soft and tender. As for the soup itself, it is very tasty with nice prawn flavours. It is good!
