Specialty Soy Sauce Chicken Noodles Set comes with a serving of noodles with their specialty rose wine soy sauce chicken, a side of dumplings soup and a couple of prawn rolls.

Soy Sauce Chicken Noodles

This Soy Sauce Chicken Noodles is really, really good. Its signature soy sauce chicken, cooked in an aromatic braising liquid of soy sauce and a secret blend of Chinese herbs and spices, is tender and flavourful. Its skin is especially good with a hint of rose wine fragrance. The noodles is mixed in soy sauce. It has a springy texture and tastes wonderful.

Dumplings Soup

The dumplings are made using minced pork and shrimps, wrapped in a thin and soft egg dumpling skin. They are served with a dried shrimp flavoured soup. Really nice!

Prawn Rolls

The prawn rolls are delicious! Its thin skin is crispy and its insides are soft, tender and flavourful. Eat it with the sweet dipping sauce and it is heavenly.

Cha Siew & Roast Pork

Besides their signature soy sauce chicken, Ho Fook Hei serves pretty good cha siew (BBQ honey roasted pork) and roast pork too. Its cha siew has a sweet taste of honey. Its roast pork has crispy skin and tender, juicy meat.

If you prefer something a little more filling, you can opt for rice instead. Personally, I do prefer their noodles over rice.

Chilli Sauce

And what is a good serving of noodles without a good sidekick? This is a Hong Kong style chilli sauce that has a dry crispy texture and a salty flavour. Its flavour mixes really well with the noodles.
