Fried Hor Fun
Hin Fried Hor Fun dishes out an assortment of fried hor fun with options for prawns, beef and sliced fish. This fried hor fun is pre-cooked with the hor fun recooked in a wok with the ingredients and sauce added.
The fried hor fun has nice smokey flavours of wok hei with a nicely flavoured sauce containing slivers of egg. The prawn and fish slices are decent too. Comes served with some vegetables as well.
The beef fried hor fun seen above is the dry version. The pre-cooked hor fun is wok fried again, served on a plate with beef slices and vegetables added. The beef slices comes marinated in nicely flavoured seasoning sauce, and is soft and tender. The seasoning sauce from the beef slices makes this dry fried hor fun not so dry. Nice wok hei as well, but there is no egg added to the dry version.
If hor fun isn’t to your fancy, Hin Fried Hor Fun serves its rice equivalent mui fan is available as well. Back to the fried hor fun, both versions are nice and I love their wok hei. Personally I prefer the original version with sauce a little bit more. This is definitely an enjoyable meal. Thumbs up.
