Fried Carrot Cake

Heng Heng Cooked Food sells fried carrot cake of both black variety and white version. The steamed rice cake is cut into small pieces pan fried until slightly charred before eggs are added. It is then topped with chopped spring onions. The black variety has additional sweet black sauce added when it is being fried. Both versions are pretty good, though personally I do prefer the black ones at this stall.
