Fried Carrot Cake

Handmade Carrot Cake does fried carrot cake using their house-made radish cake with firm texture and nice flavourings. Available is the usual white and black versions.

The fried carrot cake is pan fried with radish cake cubes. The white version is fried like an omelette with a slightly crispy egg coating and nice mild savoury flavours of chye poh. This is topped with chopped spring onions. The black version has sweet black sauce added giving it slightly sweet tastes. It is mildly crispy and nice flavours too. Both are likeable.

Fried Carrot Cake Sticks

Besides fried carrot cake, Handmade Carrot Cake does fried carrot cake sticks from their radish cake too. The fried carrot cake sticks are nice crispy outside and soft inside. Very good for snacking on. It’s a bit oily though, but not at deal killer. Recommended.
