Chicken Curry Noodles

Guang Zai Malaysia Style Curry & Soup Noodles does curry noodles with either chicken or pork and usual selection of noodles. Seen above is their dry version of curry chicken noodles with pork balls added. Yellow noodles is chosen here.

The yellow noodles is quite firm and springy. It is tossed in a nicely flavoured black sauce seasoning with some bean sprouts and long beans. Pieces of curry chicken, fish cake slices and fried beancurd skin are added to it. The pork balls are an extra add-on. Served on the side is a bowl of curry gravy containing tau pok pieces.

The curry chicken has nice flavours and is soft and meaty. The fish cake is quite soft and the fried beancurd skin fairly crispy. The added pork ball has a firm texture and savoury tastes. The tau pok is soft and soaking with nice curry flavours.

This serving of dry curry chicken noodles is quite likeable.

Fried Pork Curry Noodles

Besides chicken, pork is available as well. Seen above is the fried pork version of curry noodles. This time, it is the wet version with curry sauce. Yellow noodles is chosen as well. This bowl of fried pork curry noodles come with pieces of fried pork, fish cake, fried beancurd skin, tau pok with some bean sprouts and long bean.

The fried pork is slightly crispy and meaty with nice savoury tastes. The curry gravy has nice flavours and a mild level of spiciness. Quite likeable.

The fried pork curry noodles is a nice alternative to their curry chicken noodles. I like this one too.

Steamed Chicken Noodles

A clear soup version of their noodles is available as an alternative to their curry gravy. Seen above is their steamed chicken noodles.

The steamed chicken is nicely deboned, and is soft and smooth. The soup has a nice savoury taste. Comes with the usual fish cake and fried beancurd skin. This is rather nice and likeable as well.
