Mee Hoon Kueh

Gan En Mee Hoon Kuey sells handmade mee hoon kueh, ban mian, etc. The noodles are freshly made to order from flour dough.

This bowl of mee hoon kueh comes with 2 types of mushroom slices, minced pork, vegetables and a raw egg, and topped with chopped spring onions, fried shallots and crispy ikan bilis.

The mee hoon kueh is springy and chewy and its soup is nicely flavoured. Quite likeable.
