Double Fish Soup

Delicacy Fish Soup sells sliced fish and fried fish soup with choice of noodles or rice. Seen here is their double fish soup, which comes with both sliced fish and fried fish, with thick mee hoon.

This bowl of fish soup comes with sliced fish, fried fish nuggets, some tofu cubes, vegetables and thick mee hoon served in a bowl of nicely flavoured soup without any MSG seasoning.

The sliced fish is fairly soft and smooth. The fried fish nugget has soft meat and a chewy fried crust with savoury flavours. However its crust is soft and no not crispy. Still, both are quite decently likeable.
