Chuan Kee Fried Kway Teow dishes out fried kway teow with the usual see hum, lap cheong and fish cake slices in the mixture of kway teow, yellow noodles and bean sprouts stir fried with egg and added sweet black sauce.

This fried kway teow has a mixture of more kway teow than yellow noodles. It is fragrant with nice flavours that is both slightly sweet and slightly savoury. The fried kway teow has a dry texture and tastes of wok hei. Definitely a lovely plate of fried kway teow. Thumbs up.
