Braised Duck Rice

Cheok Kee Braised Duck serves braised duck rice with slices of boneless braised duck meat topped on a plate of braised sauce rice and a bowl of soup on the side.

The boneless braised duck meat is soft and tender, meaty and moist. Its skin is soft and flavourful. These slices of boneless braised duck are served on a plate of brown tinted rice that is cooked with braised sauce. The rice is fragrant with a firm texture, and has very nice braised flavours. Some braised sauce is added, giving this plate of braised duck rice a slightly sweet taste.

Served on the sides is a bowl of nicely flavoured soup with light tastes of herbs, and an optional mixture of sweet and limey tasting chilli sauce and chilli paste.

This serving of braised duck rice tastes lovely! I like it.
