Wanton Mee

Cantonese Delights served wanton mee with slices of char siew and boiled wanton served on a plate of tossed noodles. A bowl of soup is provided on the side. The fried wanton is an extra add-on.

The char siew is soft and tender with some fatty parts and a nice sweet taste. The boiled wanton has soft skin with a nice savoury tasting meat filling. The fried wanton has crispy skin with the same nice savoury tasting meat filling. The noodles is tossed in a soya sauce seasoning. It is firm and springy and flavourful. An optional dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste can be added. Crispy pork lard and chopped spring onions can also be added to your personal liking. A bowl of peppery tasting soup is provided on the side.

This serving of wanton mee is definitely good!

The chicken cutlet noodles is also available with curry sauce. The curry sauce is very nicely flavoured with a mild tint of spiciness and pairs really well with the crispy chicken cutlet and noodles. Amazingly good!
