Fried Mee Hoon, Noodles & Kway Teow

Bai Li Xiang Economic Bee Hoon does really nice tasting fried mee hoon, noodles and kway teow, attracting late night queues at the stall.

The fried mee hoon has a nice dry texture and nice flavourings. The fried noodles and fried kway teow both has a nice smokey flavour of wok hei, nice flavours too. The chilli sauce at the side has a slightly sweet taste and mixes really well with all three fried mee hoon, noodles and kway teow.

The chicken cutlet is crispy outside with moist flesh inside. Similarly the fish fillet is crispy outside and soft inside. Both are nice.

Fried Chicken Wings

Their fried chicken wings has a very nice savoury taste. It is juicy inside and crispy outside. The meat is a bit rough though, but still quite good. Good as an add on or as a side for snacking on.
