Fried Oyster Omelette

This fried oyster omelette is nice! A layer of starch is pan fried with eggs added on top of the starch layer. It is pan fried until the starch is crispy and the eggs are cooked. The starchy parts are crispy and slightly chewy and the eggs are soft and moist. Some spring onions and oysters are then added. Comes served with a limey chilli dip on the side. This is definitely a nice flavourful plate of fried oyster omelette. Recommended.

Fried Carrot Cake

The fried carrot cake is available in both black and white versions. It uses small cubes of radish cake that is soft and yet firm. The white version is pan fried like a pancake with an egg coating until a light crisp. Some chye poh is added giving it a light savoury taste. The black version uses the same small radish cake cubes and is fried with egg and black sweet sauce added giving it a sweet taste. Both are decent.

Fried Kway Teow

The fried kway teow has a mixture of kway teow and yellow noodles wok fried with bean sprouts, egg, lap cheong, fish cake, see hum and some vegetables. Black sweet sauce is added giving it a nice mildly sweet flavour and slightly moist texture. This fried kway teow is rather nice.

Fried Hokkien Mee

This plate of fried hokkien mee is the wet type with broth. It has a nicely flavoured yellow noodles and thick mee hoon mixture containing egg, pork belly, prawns and sotong. Served with a savoury tasting chilli paste and a piece of green lime. Decent.
