Chicken Chop

This chicken chop has soft and moist meat with soft chicken skin. It has decent flavourings, and black pepper sauce can be added. Decent.

Choice of sides here are mashed potatoes and spaghetti. The mashed potato is soft with nice buttery flavours. The spaghetti is firm and springy, tossed with olive oil and slivers of green and red peppers. Some chilli powder is added to it giving it a slightly spicy taste, which is rather nice. Non spicy version is available as well.

Chicken Cutlet

This chicken cutlet is soft, tender and moist with a nice crispy breaded crust, and nice seasoning flavours. I like it.

The sides chosen here are rice and fried egg. The rice provided is plain white rice which is firm and has black pepper sauce added. The black pepper sauce has a nice peppery taste. As for the fried egg, it is fried using a mould, is soft and a little undercooked.

Pork Chop

The pork chop is soft and tender. Its meat is nicely flavoured, is moist and meaty. Some black pepper sauce is added. It is nice.

The sides chosen here are fries and fried egg. The fries are lightly salted and is quite crispy. The fried egg is a bit undercooked though.

Fish & Chips

The fish and chips has a nicely breaded fish fillet served with fries and coleslaw. Some mayonnaise is provided on the side for the fish. The fish fillet is moist with a crispy breaded crust and decent flavours. The coleslaw is moist and crunchy, and the fries are crispy and lightly salted. Quite a decent serving of fish and chips.

Fried Rice

Fried rice is served here as well, the regular type as well as with sambal added. Seen above is their sambal fried rice. This fried rice is wok fried with mixed beans, shredded ham and egg. It is fragrant and has a nice firm texture. Flavourings are nice too, with a slightly spicy taste. It is served with a fried egg. Tastes decent.
