Prawn Mee

108 Big Prawn Noodles serves nicely flavoured prawn noodles in either dry or soup version. Seen here is their dry version with yellow noodles.

This bowl of noodles comes with yellow noodles and some bean sprouts in a nicely flavoured seasoning, tossed with crispy lard pieces and topped with fried shallots and optional chilli powder. Decently fresh sliced prawns are served in a nicely prawn flavoured soup that is lightly savoury with a hint of pepper. The soup tastes really good. This is definitely a lovely bowl of prawn mee. I like it.
